Italian traning, research and consultancy company, Dida Network is renowned for the high level of competence acquired in the fields of strategic development, methodology and technology for training. Dida has a deep experience in designing and managing complex training and communication projects, also mediated by technologies. The training approach considers both individual learning needs and those of the organisation in which the individual works. A multidisciplinary team of highly qualified professionals and a specialized group dedicated to R&D guarantees each aspect of a project and assures the ongoing and constant improvement of method, solutions, programs. We are actively engaged in training and consultancy activities as well as in research programmes related to DEEPER, both on the target side (such as the LdV project CCLVET and the Social Fund training programs for migrants as well as for civil servants) and on the techonology enhanced learning multichannel systems and solutions (such as the LdV projects VITA and ONTOHR and many projects with SMEs and large public and private enterprises).
CIR -Consiglio Italiano per i Rifugiati - Italy

The Italian Council for Refugees is an independent, humanitarian, non-profit organisation, founded in 1990 under the patronage of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). CIR works with the aim to empower and co-ordinate actions in defence of refugees and asylum seekers' rights in Italy. Among its members CIR counts important humanitarian associations and organisations, the three main Italian trade unions, national and international research institutes. CIR is member of the European Council for Refugees and Exiles (ECRE), as well as of the Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Network (EMHRN). CIR has been carrying out an extensive lobbying activity with the Parliament and the Government to have a national comprehensive law on asylum. CIR provides social protection and legal assistance to refugees and asylum seekers at its main office in Rome and through its offices all over Italy, particularly at crucial entrance borders.

Learning Community is a research institute working in the field of instruction, training and educational innovation. The Institute has become a reference point for actions and initiative planning in the integrated system of Life Long Learning in e European dimension. It carries out scientific research and studies, innovative actions in educational contexts aiming to promote a culture of continuous improvement through the learning communities based on collaborative work and knowledge sharing with en emphasis competences acquired in informal and non formal contexts. Learning Community has planned several projects and research actions at national and European level; it has participated as partner at LdV Programme and Equal Initiative. It has a strong expertise in the theme of this project proposal: adult learning, e-learning 2.0, innovative models of evaluation and assessment, validation and certification of informal/non formal learning.
INCOMA - International Consulting and Mobility Agency - Spain

INCOMA is a VET provider based in Southern Spain. INCOMA has a large experience in the development and coordination of EU programmes mainly within the field of Education and Training for disadvantage groups. Since 2007, INCOMA is developing a LdV mobility project called MERCURIO where around 50 experts from Andalusia region have exchanged knowledge and experiences with other technicians working in the same sector from the UK, Italy, Germany and France. Furthermore, INCOMA is one of the promoter of the creation of the informal network to run common project ideas and exchange further information and knowledge among those partners visited in MERCURIO. On the other hand, INCOMA works as Spanish language course provider from 2003.

CIRÉ is a pluralist umbrella organisation, created in 1954, that includes 22 member associations as diverses as social services, trade unions, capacity building services and international NGOs. This coordination works on advocacy and actions on matters regarding asylum seekers, refugees and foreigners mainly in Belgium. CIRÉ makes it through: a daily work of claims explanation to the political sphere; organisation of specific actions and the follow-up of those actions; contribution to the organisation of platform such as the "Forum Asile et Migrations"; support to artistical initiatives on those issues (theatre, audiovision, etc); organisation of cultural events and exhibitions; conception of pedagogical and awareness tools; realisation of studies and researches. CIRÉ works on 6 topics which follow different steps of a migrant: Reasons of the exile; Immigration; Asylum Integration; Detention and deportation policies; Voluntary Return.

Since 1995, the municipal intercultural centre "Progetto immigrati - Casa dei Popoli” represents a point of reference for foreign communities living in Catania. It provides several services such as: information desk -including counselling on entry visa, issuance and renewal of permits of stay, family reunification, health service assistance, issuance and renewal of foreign passports, citizenship-; mediation with the Immigration Office of the local police headquarters; legal counselling to asylum seekers and refugees; housing programs for asylum seekers; Italian language courses; support to foreign minors and to their families; training in favour of the children of local schools and training in favour of teachers on immigration issues and intercultural policies; projects aimed at intercultural promotion, interpreting services and linguistic mediation.

CREA's experiences is composed by participation in intercultural and linguistic projects financed by local institutions. Moreover is was contracted by CIES (Lalera coordinator) as suppler of radio and linguistic competencies. The members of association are linguistic cultural mediators, intercultural experts and theachers of Italian as second language (L2).

The Junta de Andalucía is the regional government of the Region of Andalusia, Spain. The political and technical frame in which the Junta de Andalucía works in relation with Immigration is the "Plan Integral Para la Immigración en Andalucía". The First Plan started in 2001 and ended 2005, the Second continued form 2006 to 2009. The Third Plan
(2010-2013) is actually in process of planning and approval. The participation in DEEPER is carried out by the Dirección General de Coordinación de Políticas Migratorias (Directorate for the Coordination of Migratory Policies), part of the Ministry of Employment of the Junta.
The competences of the Directorate are:
1) Promotion and Coordination of Public Policies among all regional Ministries in response to social consequences and needs related with Immigration.
2) Planning, Coordination and Evaluation of actions concerning the migratory context in dimensions such Health, Culture, Employment, Education, Housing, and other contexts of intervention related with Immigration. 3) Research and Studies on social issues related with Immigration and its evolution.
4)Coordination of actions and relations with different public administrations in issues concerning Immigration. Redes Interculturales, Forinter, Equal Arena and OMEPEI are some of the European Projects developed by the Dirección General de Coordinación de Políticas Migratorias during the last years.
